Create your account and choose a plan
Free covers unlimited listings and full management for up to 4 units, including properties, tenants, leases and rent. Pro, from $29.98 a month and priced by portfolio size, adds every Ontario notice, the year-end T776 package and your own lease templates. Premium adds seats for your team.
Add your properties
Add each property with its address, rent and unit setup. Choose a whole home, room by room, or a building of units. Units carry their own name, floor, rent and occupancy, and rooms can sit inside a unit. Everything else attaches to this record.
Add your tenants
Add each tenant and assign them to the right property and unit. Upload any documents you already hold, set the move-in date and mark the tenancy active. You get one record per tenant, and they get a free portal.
Turn on your inquiry inbox
Connect your channels so leads from phone, text, WhatsApp, Messenger, Marketplace and Instagram arrive in one inbox. Tenny answers within seconds, qualifies the renter and books showings against your calendar.
Create and sign the lease
Choose the Ontario Standard Lease or one of your own templates. The document fills from the tenancy, both parties sign online, and the signed copy is stored against the tenant record.
Turn on rent tracking and reminders
Set the expected rent and due date for each tenancy, then switch on the reminders: a nudge before rent is due, a follow-up when it is late, and a monthly summary. They run every cycle without you.
